A lot of the builds on Wowwiki have extremely stupid mistakes in them (1/2 dirty deeds in hemo swords, for example). I don't suggest using it as a resource when figuring out which spec to take.
For PVE grinding, take the following combat swords spec:

You're actually not the first to mention Osiris' guide on these forums (though you might be the first to mention it in 75% of your total posts). Someone brought it up in the sticky I created;
The Rogue Compendium. I'll quote my previous response:
I normally instruct people to take the build section of Osiris' guide with a grain of salt, as he makes a few poor decisions when choosing talents, and his rankings of each build in PVE are a little off. There's also a few other snippets in there which aren't exactly sound, such as how he compares eviscerate to rupture (despite what he implies, rupture will under most circumstances still be superior to eviscerate whether you have a feral druid or not).
If you know what to take on board and what to ignore, his guide is extremely good, and it scores points for encompassing a spectrum of topics much broader than most others do.
Which I posted in response to:
Hi
iv come into another pretty helpful rogue guild if any one is interested and has time to read it.
http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dt4f32p_4dcj7jti though it was a decent read =D i really like how he went over talents at the end and kinda said what there for in a PvP perspective.
BTW 100th post on this thread :D
The builds I've included in my own guide and the build I've mentioned in this thread (which is tailored for grinding, not levelling) are different to any of the builds Osiris lists. There's a reason for that; some of his specs aren't as good as they could be.
If you want a build, check the compendium here on Wowhead. If you want a build that isn't listed there, do what fozgaz did and ask for one. Do not rely on the builds in Osiris' guide, quite a few of them need improvement.
