After finishing the last button on her shirt she yawned again and with half awake eyes. "Me too." Robin replied tierdly before opening the door to the hallway with her backpack on. A misstacke as her eyes where adapted to the dark room they slept in, and not the well-lighted hallway. Robin by refelx closed her eyes and backed two steps.

"Mmm..." The doors slid open with a familiar whoosh and Felicia stepped out into the bright glare of the outside. "Rmm," she grunted, pulling her hat forward to shield her eyes. "Too bright..."

From behind the counter the nurse form the day before laughed at the two. "Huehuehuehue." sounded the laugther.

Returning the purrloin with a tap to its pokeball, Cynis followed suite in producing his pokeballs for the nurse to examine. Deciding not to continue his pestering of his fellow trainer, he instead took a seat at a table on the opposite side of the room. Once there, he carefully looked about for anyone who might be watching, or attempting to do so without actually watching, and once satisfied produced his winning from the day before to count them out.

"Let's ask the front desk." He said having to pick up Rocky so the pokemon didn't touch anything on display. Zach walked up to the front desk. "Can anyone help a scientist and her carnivorous flying pokemon get in touch with her friends on a island?" Zach asked the people at the front desk.

The clerks stationed at the front desk glanced at eachother, blinking. Nodding, the one woman moved to the small opening at the side. "Right this way." She commented with a wave to Amber. "I trust you have some identification?"
"Uhm... yeah, yeah." Amber nodded, searching through the many pockets of her dirties lab coat and eventually producing a crumpled paper; offering it to the woman as she followed behind the desk and through a set of doors set into the wall.
Hawk tilted his head, glancing over to Zach.
Slowly, the other woman regained her composure, smiling. "Is there anything else you might need help with, sir?" She asked.

Several minutes of explanation later, Amber's hands were flying along a keyboard, attempting to send a message out. However, for reasons she didn't fully understand, it soon became apparent her efforts were in vain. The labs relay simply wasn't powerful enough to send the message.
Normally, such a thing wouldn't be a problem. Even if the lab on Reversal mountain was run by a 'skeleton crew', the relay would be functional as a go-between for any smaller stations in Unova. But it seemed as though the much larger lab was completely down and off the grid.
"That doesn't make sense..." Amber muttered to herself, getting up and glancing around. Sighing, she spotted a room further back which caught her interest; spare lab coats and other supplies. Slowly, the researcher made her way over, mind swimming with questions.
Almost a half hour after entering the lab, Amber emerged from the doors anew, a stressed and disappointed look on her face. He dirtied and ruined coat had been replaced with a clean white one, and she withdrew a pokeball from the inner folds as she approached the curious Hawk.
"I know you don't want to hear this, bud." She told the Aerodactyl, who stared with wide eyes at the device. "But we're going to be here a while. And, well, you stick out like a sore thumb." The girl explained, raising the red and white capsule up at arms length. "So I need you to work with me here, okay?"
For a long moment, the pokemon and the girl stared at each other, no true emotions discernible on their faces. Eventually, however, Hawk opened his mouth, rising up and spreading his wings, looking like her might outright refuse what Amber asked of him.
Then, suddenly, he came back down; head moving down and touching the pokeball between his eyes. With a click and a flash of red light, The Aerodactyl vanished from the room, leaving Amber standing on her own.
Slowly, she pulled the device back towards her. "It's... heavier..." She commented in surprise.
