I know i have no kara gear but i have very similair stats to another feral tank in m,y guild who is nearly full epic ..

Btw i would appreciate if ppl would give advice on what i need to improve rather than just saying that i vcant tank anymore than kara if that is the case

For gruul, chances are you'd be in the OT spot, taking the strikes. You'd therefore have to do good TPS to maintain 2nd spot so that someone else doesn't take the strikes, 2pc tier4 bonus helps with this alot. If / when the MT goes down, chances are he'd be at quite a few growths by then, and hitting quite hard - have dodge trinkets to pop and have 27-30k armor.
Last week our MT went down when gruul was at 20% and I tanked him from there with no problems at all. I had 28k armor, 15k hp (both unbuffed). Popped both Badge of Tenacity and Moroes Pocketwatch.

Just as an update, I tanked the bearform of narolakk in ZA (prot warrior tanked the troll form). I had 30.2k armor unbuffed, and 15k hp unbuffed, but used agility elixir, fort elixir and agility food. Had the usual 10 man raid buffs, and around 35% dodge unbuffed. We did it quite easily, but he hit me for absolute tons. More than gruul did post-20% as mentioned in my previous post.
Adjust accordingly based on your own figures. If you have less armor/dodge, I hope your healers are pro ;)
