Agreed. Work on your weapon bro. Other than that you have pretty good Raid gear, and you are easily geared well enough for Gruuls, Mags, or ZA, as I did all those with less gear than you, and did just fine as far as DPS and CC. This game has a LOT to do with skill bud, and skill and being familiar with your toon/spec has way more of an impact than having one more epic than the next guy. GL! BTW, if your willing to switch to guns, even Gyro-Balanced Khorium Destroyer outdoes your Valanos'

im gonna be the one to rain on your parade a lil... but just a lil... i agree your gear isnt bad. Its fairly decent but i have some suggestions:

1) your hit rating is horrid as a BM hunter. My guild would never consider taking you to Gruul, ZA, or Mags under 120 hit.

2) you have a Major Agility Elixer on right now along with MotW and your STILL under 25% crit... this could come up a bit.

3) your AP is a bit low too... not bad but could come up to about 1500 w/o Hawk

all these things can easy be hit with badge gear a piece or 2 of PvP gear and heroic drops... nothing too difficult in attaining.

Now im not saying you couldnt go in and do ok... but youre more than likely not gonna go in and blow the charts away. More than likely youd be handicapping your raids dps. Gruul is a more realistic option id think. Mags (until he gets nerfed in the patch) and ZA need EVERYONE in the raid to be at top notch dps and on their "A" game for the least amount of stress as possible. Like the others said though, doesnt matter how good your gear is if the person on the other side of the keyboard cant play well. Know your class and youll get there =)

In my opinion I would'nt have much of a problem taking you into entry level ZA and maybe Gruul. I'd have to see what kind of DPS you deal of course.

Just some things I would point out:

Enchant your axe with savagery or agility
Get a scope for your bow. 12 damage or 28 crit.
Get the Glyph of Ferocity for your helm.
And as mentioned try to gem out some +hit.

Other than that, I think you're set to go.
