Going to outlands. (question about the weapons)

I am a enhancement shaman duel wield and hit 58. Went to outlands and the first few quests you get big upgrades but not a 1H mace or 1H axe. What did you guys use for weapon? The 2H axe that you get from the quest reward? Is Elemental better in Outlands?
