Oh, wow. Hey man, you don't have far to go :P. In fact, you could start kara right now if you wanted. (just not as MM :( )
Step 1: Transfer off Firetree, it's a terrible server XD.
Step 2: Get a +35 Agility enchant on your spear.
Step 3: Get a +28 Crit scope on your gun.
Step 4: Get a cobrahide kit on your leggings.
Step 5: Get a Glyph of Ferocity on your helm.
Step 6: Work on upping your hit rating some more, this can be done threw gear upgrades etc. I wouldn't go to the length of getting the oldschool +30 hit scope since it ois so hard to find an engineer with the plans and kara provides a lot of +hit gear.
Step 7: Try to get Hourglass of the Unraveler from BM. (if it isn't the one in your bank)
At this point: There is still a lot you can do to upgrade your gear (+12 to boots and cloak, better gems, etc.). If your are going to stay MM you are going to want to do as many as possible be a competitive dps'r. However, switch to BM and you will be topping meters in kara with your gear, the rest of the enchants would be overkill (for kara at least, but if you have the funds go ahead).
