1/2 whirlwind is required so your cooldowns align properly for maximum dps output.
take 2 points out of deflection, put 1 in imp HS and 1 in anger management. You shouldnt be getting hit in the first place, so you dont need to parry attacks that never happen.
pre -kz tanking gear?
Sun eater, S1 pvp shield, Khorium destroyer, Darkmoon Card: vengeance, Brooch Of Deftness, and Bracers of the Ancient Phalanx.
Other than that, make sure everything else is at least a blue tanking item and you should be good.
