You are not expected to hold all the mobs when you are just starting heroics. CC some of the key mobs and mark a kill target. If you have your group focus firing a target you should be able to hold threat on that one. Trying to tank 3-4-5 mobs is going to cause you to get chewed up and your healer is either going to hate you or not be able to heal you.
After looking at Armory:
1 empty glyph slot
6 unenchanted items
3 empty sockets in 2 items
Missing Ebonsteel Belt Buckle
average item level (330 equipped)
You have 6 pieces of DPS gear, 1 piece of PvP gear, and 2 greens.
You should not be tanking in heroics at all.
