I've made a few changes to the forums. Please respond here if you notice any adverse issues. You should notice a speed improvement (in theory).

Honestly, I haven't really noticed all that much. It's definitely a bit faster, but my internet was already quick enough that it really didn't make a difference =P

He doesn't mean it should be lightning fast, but rather, those timeouts people were getting sometimes in WoW General or off-topic should go away. I know Lanky and a few others posted about those weekly. So if you experience anything like that, let us know ASAP :)

You'll mostly notice an improvement on forum pages that haven't hit the cache at all. So, if you fancy browsing pages deep in the forums this change should help quite a bit.(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##SpiffyJr##DELIM##

I'm getting "Page not Found" on every single forum page when on the Live version of Wowhead in Firefox for the last week or something. MoP version of the same pages work. It's still possible to open induvidual threads (f.e. from latest replies in Profile which also works). It still works in IE.

So, since the push went through, the Monk forum has been broken for me; when I go there, it doesn't show any of the threads.

Same. I don't normally go there but after seeing your post I checked, and it looks like there's nothing there for me either. It almost looks like the page stops loading.

Have you cleared your browser cache on Firefox?

Could've sworn I had, but turned out I hadn't. Fixed it.

Always good to check. Sometimes the simplest of solutions is the right one!

this seems indeed the case, sadly page 1 of wow general sometimes still has quite a loading time.
