Hey everyone, just two quick mechanics questions about Fan of Knives, seeing if anyone knows.
First, can you cold blood Fan of Knives to guarantee a crit hit on everything with the FoK? Also will these proc Combat Potency then?
And Second, can you blade flurry and then FoK so you get an effective 4 hits on everything?
