God that set makes me all hot and bothered, and honestly Dro has the most even handed solution to the problem. Make the offhand a transforming weapon. Makes everyone happy, and gives raiding Shaman a chance to look 100% awesomesauce, AND not sacrifice DPS.

True enough, but I know warriors don't suffer the same penalty from fast off-hands, i.e. there's something to be said for the faster rage generation, although not having a matched (slow) speed hurts WW and flurry. Actually, you don't get more rage with a fast offhand, just more steady. So long as the weapon dps is the same, the amount of rage they generate is the same as well. WW is definately more important that smootheness.
Oh, and don't ever make them one-hand. Since one-handed Fist Weapons need to be symmetrical to fit in both hands, they always have lame graphics.
