Can you give some advices about enha gliphs?

As an Enhance Shaman, the major glyphs you want to look at would be:
Glyph of Stormstrike
, this is probably the best one out there for Shamans in terms of a DPS increase. With the changes to put more emphasis on how much our spells contribute to our DPS, this further aids it.
Glyph of Earth Shock
, this reduces the GCD that Earth Shock sets by a second, thus it would be a half second GCD. Unfortunately, this is not working at the moment and is bugged last I heard. So I got
Water Mastery
to help with my Mana management.
And as the previous poster stated,
Glyph of Windfury
is also another good one. I don't feel that it's required to explain why anEnhance Shaman should pick this up.
Glyph of Frost Shock
is something that may be worthwhile if you pvp alot. In a pve enviroment, this would have little value at all.
As for the minors, I'll leave that to your personal preference as those are mostly for conveniences.

It wouldn't be much of a DPS increase. When an Enhance Shaman is trying to push out as much DPS as possible, Lava Lash's contribute is somewhere around 5% of the overall damage.
A quick test with recount on my Shaman, and Lava Lash is only 4.7% of my total DPS, and I do use WF/FT.
This would prove that Glyph of Lava Lash is lackluster. On top of that, with the Shaman's priority list for attacks, Lava Lash is bringing up the rear meaning that every other skill will be used before Lava Lash will. Unless you have any of the Totems of Indomitably, which will put Lava Lash higher on the priority list maybe, but it's damage will still be minute.
