I didn't think Endless Rage was too bad before; but it was always eclipsed by other talents. I think with the "fix" it is simply getting the attention it deserved before, but never really got.
For example, in PVE one should definitely pick up Blood Frenzy, and the capacity for it is definitely there, but as it stands right now -- lower Arms talents are geared more towards PVP.
One of the main problems I'm hearing is a lack of abilities to effectively utilize the rage. It's pretty early to tell right now, we'll have to wait and see a little while.
I don't predict it will overthrow Slam builds for reliable 2H DPS in raids, etc.
