Yeah, but on anything that heals himself you want to HB+NeS instead of OB. disappearingone probably meant blood tap instead of runetap(RT is the blood selfheal ability) but yeah, thats used for one blood rune. On the other(and outside BT's cd) you want to indeed use BS but at the lowest priority. Its better than sitting and doing nothing, ofcourse, but it doesnt hit very hard at all.
