I'm not speaking for Wowhead, but here goes. These things take time. I mean it's one thing to make the best resource for the most popular game in the world, and they keep it contsantly updated.
But, if you want to see the maps, here they are.

Wailing Caverns

Primarily we haven't added those maps because we've been having trouble finding maps of the instance that don't have text, icons, and other things printed on them. It's actually very difficult to find a simple map.

id love to know
(a) how those dungeon maps are being made,
(b) why more dungeon exteriours are not available, and
(c)whan /if someone is ever going to make a colorized map with layers because the minimap screenshot technique isnt very useful...
