I don't recommend changing spec just because you want to use new weapons. Get the weapon (and maybe a couple pieces of gear, if you have anything that bad), then change talent spec.
Trying to squeeze in a few dual wield talents in order to make viable for a two-handed spec may sound good on paper or in the calculator, but really in practice it doesn't help -- you're still using a two-handed build while dual wielding, which performs poorly at high, on-demand burst damage.
Of course, if that's how you want to go about it, that's fine...but you'll probably deal more damage in PVP as a regular Fury spec than an Arms, dual wielding.

That's exactly what I wanted to stress. Mortal Strike performs subpar with a one-handed weapon, but as long as you know what you're getting into, you prevent disappointment.
