Dual wielding is totally worth it, I Dual wielded
Fist of the Damned two of these beasts until I got honored with
Thrallmar and started using
Grunt's War Axe.
When I'm not in a raid group, I will cast
Rockbiter Weapon On both my Main-hand and my Off-hand weapons. I do not totem twist, when I enter combat I will always cast in this order:
Watershield, Attack target, Strength of Earth Totem, Grace of Air Totem (Use Windfury Totem if you don't have it yet), Then I'll use either Healing Stream, Disease Cleansing, or Poison Cleansing Totem (depending on the situation) and I'll use either Magma Totem or Flametongue Totem depending on if the mob has friends or not. 99% of the time this is how you'll enter combat, once you've got your totems down, hit them with Stormstrike, chances are you've shaved them down to at least half life by now, Re-Cast Watershield even if you have 1 bubble left, and then they'll probably try to cast something, just hit 'em with Earth Shock to quiet them down and by then your Storm Strike CD is ready to get them again.
Enhanced has got to be by far the easiest way to level, ever since I hit 62 and got
Water Shield (Rank 1) I never run out of mana, if I get low, I just use
Shamanistic Rage and back full again, and you should be able to take on 2 sometimes 3 mobs at a time with no problem.
I just hit 65 last night and I plan on staying in the Enhanced tree all through 70. get S1 gear and might go hybrid Elemental/Resto.... When it comes to leveling up though, Enhanced 100%!!
