Healing doesn't work like dps, there is no rotation as the need for healing depends entirely on who is taking damage.
The only things to remember are to keep lifebloom stacked 3 times on the tank or tanks, if their health is still falling use rejuv/swiftmend or regrowth to add additional healing or to heal any spike damage.

On the contrary, i'd say that druids are the only healing class that might require a rotation, especially when stacking hots on multiple tanks. Doing 2 leaves time enough to do it "as it comes", anything over that is going to require some scheduling.
But yeah, basically roll the LBs, and then try to work out where best to integrate the rejuvs or even the regrowths.

Answered for single healing fights (ie focus heal on a single person ans spot healing elsewhere).
I'm not sure there's an answer for double/triple healing fights, ie maintaining stacks on 2 or 3 tanks. (quadruple healing is answered easily, you've got time for nothing else than LBs on everyone).
But since i'm not a professional healer (i only respec occasionaly) and didn't have to heal more than 2 targets at the same time, i could simply "wing it". ie rolling LBs, and interspersing rejuvenations on tank 1 during one LB period and on tank 2 during the next one. But that led to several LB blooms.
However, since LB are on a 7s rotation and rejuvs on a 12s rotation, you'll end up either with 1-2s without rejuv on each tank every 14s (depending on when you refresh LB), or without a definite rotation.

Also, if you are maintaining LB on several targets and you suddenly miss one of them and the LB blooms, do not immediately stack 3 new LB's. If you do, you might loose the other LB's aswell. Just keep the rotation and stack it to 3 when theres time.
And let all HoTs go for their full duration
