I've been combing over the forums to try and learn how to use my warlock. I keep hearing about this "drain tanking" method. anyone know a good website/guide/video that i can use?

k cool. thats what i usually do anyhow.
thing is, whenever i find myself taking on multiple mobs, i die.
i know that i need to fear one, but what bout the other 2-3? as a lock i dont think my cloth can stand up to 2 mob's meleeing, even with my ever-channeling Life Drain.
I'm used to playing on my hunter/druid, where i an easily take on as many as 5 mobs at a time. i was told that warlocks can do this as well, but i seem to be having some trouble doing so.

Are you DoTing up all the mobs? Esp with Corruption and SL- which will proc Nightfall as well as giving you multiple sources of health regen.
Mastering multi-mob pulls as affliction takes some practice, but on my 'lock I can walk into an area, pull 5 mobs and come out the other side with 85% health and mana, ready to rinse and repeat.
umm... SL? Nightfall? i'm still lvl 23, i dont think i have those yet. and yes, i make sure i dot every mob i attack, which is where i usually die :(

You're not doing anything wrong, as you get more talents in you'll be able to do it, for now try your best to solo pull ;)

Drako, yall correct me if im wrong because im only at lvl 15 right now, but i have no problems taking 2 or 3 mobs even a level or so above me at once. Just use your voidwalker, let him be the tank and your fine. Send him in to mob A let him get 2 or so hits and establish a little agro then throw on corruption and agony. Target mob B throw on corruption and agony and have VW intercept him on the way to you with taunt. When A gets low on health he will head for you, corruption, agony and fear, hes dead. void will still have B so corruption/agony C have void intercept.. and just keep going i hardly ever take damage.
(my main is a prot warrior so i probably use my vw more than i should but it works for me)
You're level 15, so you're sorely lacking in options. Right now, the VW is your best choice. It will be until level 30-31.
VW grinding vs Draintanking was recently discussed. Again. ;-)
