I would move some points from spiritual healing and put it into spirit of redemption it will help both your dmg and healing since you gain a total of 35% of your spirit for +dmg and healing. Move the last 2 points from spiritual healing into Focused power the added hit rating will help in dps for heroics and even kara if your guild or whatever lets you dps it. The half second mass dispell you get also helps a lot with pally bubble and mage ice block. I'd also dump IMP shield in pve you shouldn't be getting hit at all and if you are you prolly wont see it coming or your shield wont keep ya from getting killed. As for pvp people bust a shield like it's nothing I'd put the points into Force of will for more power and crit.
Blessed recovery isn't all that good either as a priest those points could be used for IMP renew or improved healing for better mana control.
I dps and heal very well with a disc/holy build 968+ dmg in dps gear and 1360+ healing in healing gear. Too bad my guild wanted me to go shadow for mana regen in SSC. I really love this disc/holy build its a lot of fun.

You will find the more you play the more you will tweak the build to your gear/play style, but you are right in line for the Disc/Holy healing or DPS build. I hope you have as much fun with it as I had.
