My current spec, as it stands.
So, the question, as the topic indicates, is which should I use on a regular basis? I'm looking to Glyph into one of these attacks, and really need to know which one. So, is it more beneficial to get the extra burst given by Obliterate, but lose the Diseases in the process? Or should I keep doing what I have been by leaving the Diseases alone, heal myself, and lose the burst? Now, the way I am currently spec'ed would probably say, "DS Dumbass", but IDK. I had spec'ed 13 points into Frost while leveling, for the Annihilation, but at 80 decided this may be a better spec.
Realistically, this is about 9 questions in one... Which attack, which spec, which glyph, etc. Any assistance is appreciated!

I'm on a PvP server, however, the primary focus of my guild is PvE. Progressive raiding is what I have been doing for the last 2 years, and that will very likely continue.

Well from the looks of it, your main reason for leaving points out of frost and putting the rest into unholy is for Blood Caked Blade procs, so without

your Obliterates will also lower your DPS from any BCB procs. If you wanna keep the spread the same, I would suggest staying with HS and DS as your main attacks.
Take a look at the "Blood 2-Handed DPS, polished and final" build in the "Talents. Your one stop shop for Builds *Major Updates as of 12/5" sticky. I've just respecced to that from my unholy AOE tank build and it provides great DPS and decent support if you're looking to focus on raids/instances, but it suffers survivability issues for soloing (just meaning I can't grab as many mobs as I used to handle no prob)

The DPS on your weapon doesn't have to be very high for glyphed Obliterate to outdamage the normal version - pretty sure, at 80, it'll almost certainly be better (if someone has numbers to either back that up or refute it, please post).
Obliterate should be outdamaging Death Strike, especially with the coming Glyph nerf. You don't have Annihilation, though, so I'd say, for soloing, go with DS. In a raid environment, go with the 50/0/21 rotation (PS - IT - HS - HS - OB - DC - PS - IT - HSx4 - DC).
EJ has a good page about DK DPS, and their conclusion is that the 51/13/7 spec is the highest single-target DPS, but you should be able to do good damage with yours. You may want to drop IRT and Vendetta for Sudden Doom and Hysteria, for DPS (and move Corpse Explosion somewhere else too), but you should still be alright as is.

That was another question I had, in regards to the EJ page. The last thing I read there stated that for High end, the 51/0/20 build would put out more DPS, so I continue to wonder why they show a 50/0/21 rotation. If Garg is not going to do as well at 80, why does it seem that they are promoting it? For personal preference reasons, I have stuck with Dancing Rune Weapon for the simply "Click it and Forget it" feature. I appreciate the inputs thus far, and look forward to continued assistance.
My major concern with Obli is just what

stated. I am afraid of losing the Blood Caked Blade procs additional DPS by wiping off the Diseases I tossed up. Corpse Explosion is a toss up. I use it now and again, but until the patch changes, it really doesn't do enough damage to use regularly, for the loss of an Unholy Rune.
