You should have more than enough crit from stacking agility items. Getting up to around 30% isn't much of a stretch. When you have that much crit the bonus that card gives is tiny as you will be critting every third hit anyway it won't get chance to build up charges.
It's better for classes or specs that have a lower crit rate. Kitty cats crit too often for it to be at it's most usefull.

I have this card both on my Prot warrior and Balance druid, the fact is that it helps alot if your crit rating is low such as my prot farming around ~%7 and doesnt gives you much when farming with Balance (~%25). Higher your crit rating is less you profit from that card. There is a good evaluation of this card in wowwiki you can consult.

wrath and dps. i dont see this trinket that good for dps,
if you wanna have raw dps you should go for raw + crit or ap trinkets with other stats like "Firesin" linked.
Well i dont know much about calculations and so.
i just go for plain simple "math" +more crit rating = more dps + faster combo points.
