Because spirit and intellect work together for mana regeneration it's probably the most efficient of if your lowest stat is the passive buff. As a disc priest this is most likely always spirit. But remember that int also offers crit and max mana (on which various other mana abilities are based on.)
But the bigger question is, do you need to regen?
I, with tier 7.5 like gear, barely lose mana until I start to chain spam shields and even then it takes ages to get oom.
Do you find yourself oom mid battle? Or oom at any point ever?

Pre-rapture nerf, the int greatness card was best in slot.
With Replenishment still based on int and awesome, I'd still bet it is a best in slot trinket...

I would go with
Darkmoon Card: Illusion
instead. You can always trade decks or sell yours on the AH and buy a different one. I would consider 100 sp a preferable stat to 90 int or spirit, and the regen has a potential of being worth 20 mp5. The proc from Greatness just doesn't seem that useful to me, as all it's going to really do is offer a little more regen in either senerio (should be proccing int on both cards).

I'd stick with Illusion too. I <3 that card.
