The gunman nodded. He slung his rifle across the shoulder and took out a rope with a triple hook attached to it.
"I may be pushing forty," he grunted, swinging the rope overhead, then sending it upwards, onto a nearby - lowest of them - roof where it got attached to a chimney. "But I'm still an acrobat."
Grunting and swearing, using only his good arm and his legs he began climbing, and swiftly at that.

"Well tha's jus'

"Wha', th'lass cannae climb a wee li'l house?" Robert deadpanned in the thickest faux dwarven accent he could, wiping his forehead with his injured arm. Once he got to the top, he wiggled the rope, "Come on, it's easier than it looks like, I'll help you. Between the two of us you won't even notice it before you're here."

"There's a third player in the game," Marcus stated after having questioned the last captain. The other goblins had either been blatantly selling him out to save their own skins, or they had been right but conditions had changed.
The demonic presence close by had since faded, but another, less subtle one had appeared; large firebolts shot up like fireworks in the sky some distance away. "Obviously a distraction," they all agreed, but since the boats had proven clean they began moving in that direction.
"It might be an ambush," one of the knights pointed out. "That marksman could pick us all off from a rooftop."
"Guard your heads carefully," Marcus told them. "If he wants to kill you, that's where the bullet will go."
He thought intently for a moment. "Rooftop," he noted absently. "It's no point in searching
in
houses, I'm sure. On them, however..."

The paladin stepped through the portal and into Booty Bay. He figured that if there were any precious artifacts to be found, the goblins would be the first to know about it. And he was certain that if not, a few gold would quickly jog their memory.

The dragon looked as if she was trying to growl, pushing back at the seduction spell with renewed rage.
Silvia stepped forward. She eyed the branch, reaching out and wrapping her fingers around it. "Finally..." She smiled, pulling the object back towards her.

"All in a day's work, partner," Vincent grinned, leaning against the board and folding his arms behind his head. He did not remove his hood or helmet yet, though - relaxing is one thing, letting down your guard in a middle of a hostile territory is another.

The succubus fought back, trying desperately to maintain her hold over the dragon.
This. Was. A. Bad. Idea,
she thought, though pride prevented her from backing down. Instead the demoness renewed her efforts, giving the other woman's clothes a firm pull.

"Tha's no'
what
I was meanin', " Vagrin muttered. "Most dwarves," he added, speaking in near-perfect common and putting emphasis on the
dwarves
part, "are kind enough ter provide two ropes, that wey they canne both escape at the same time - instead o' makin' one feel like a convenient distraction..."
At this the former paladin tied the rope around himself, before making another remark, "...so, tha' bein' said, ye'd be'er watch ou' when I ge' up there, thank yeu very much." Once he was satisfied the rope was secure the dwarf started to climb.

The dragon growled out loud now, rather quickly pushing the seduction spell out. "I... am... no... pet!" She grunted out.
Silvia held the branch, taking it in as she considered the possibilities. "There are others... more like this..." She smiled. "I need them..."
Specter
Swamp of Sorrows
Specter sighed heavily; the healthstone crumbling in his hand as he reached for another one. The Blood Elf paused, realizing he was out. "... Fel...." He commented.

The succubus shot the dragon a smirk at this - if this was how it was going to be, she intended on being the one to have the last laugh. "No? Maybe you can explain who did this then?" she ventured, gesturing towards the corpse of the druid.

The dragon glared, roaring as she tossed the seduction spell out of her mind. She shifted into her true form; rising into a terrifying green dragon. "DIE!" She screamed, swiping at Vahij with a claw.

The succubus laughed, having already faded out of sight in preparation for the attack. "By the time his friends arrive I'll be long gone... and guess what? It'll be
your
fault," the demoness jeered, deciding her best bet was to keep the dragon angry and reckless.
Silvia... We've got a problem,
Vahij told the draenei telepathically, withdrawing back inside her own mind immediately afterwards.

"You really think you can hide from me?" The dragon roared, zoning in on Vahij and blasting the succubus with magic.
"Huh?" Silvia wondered, looking back towards the dragon. "Oh... uh-oh." She commented, rushing back with the branch in hand.

"More than your friend could hide from you," Vahij gasped, managing to avoid the majority of the blast, but not enough to go entirely unharmed. The succubus retaliated by blasting the dragon back, this time using stronger fel magic than the kind she had used previously, in an attempt to gain some ground.

Robert muttered something, planting his feet firmly into the roof and helping Vagrin get up.
"Now, one heavily armored paladin is not enough by far to make this roofs crack. But a whole bunch of them..." he mused.
In a dark valley equidistant from the imp and from the duo, the voidwalker slunk out of the shadows again, and slowly and cautiously headed west, to the town's border.

The dwarf sighed, as he was pulled up, however he put on a smug expression as he reached the top. "Ah, finished are ye? 'Bout time, was beginnin' ter think ye were gettin' lax," he said, acting as if he had at first not noticed the gunman.

Robert eyed him, then decided to be above it.
"Since not all of our pursuers have to be rotten men, tell me, is the Holy Light capable of reattaching a limb that was torn off via an exploding enchanted bullet meant to fracture a dragon's joints?" he asked, removing the rope.
