Culling of Strathom : how do I start it?

When I enter the Caverns of Time where do I go/who do I see to start "Culling of Strathom. "
Found a bunch of stuff online about it just not a simple it - starts here -with who
Looking for the Bronze Drake, I'm assuming it still drops there. Can anyone confirm.
At lvl 85 Warrior I was able to solo a few instances in the Cavern to get my Karazhan Key
I wanted to give this one a shot.
Thoughts?, appreciated the help on this site always.

I'm not 100% sure that you'll be able to solo a Heroic CoS Timed Run, but the instance is the one that looks like a town. I don't remember specifically which direction it is though.

The instance is soloable as a prot warrior. But the boss the drops the drake isn't in my experience. He has a debuff which does percentage based damage so he'll kill you before you kill him.
I was in somewhat bad gear but apart from your dps it won't make a big difference.

Also you have to be able to get to that boss in 25 minutes.

Go in old hillsbrad and get yourself a cool hat though :)
