I sincerely hope not. In some of the lesser used cities (Silvermoon & Exodar I'm looking at you) it would be no problem. But imagine the lag/fps drops in places like Orgrimmar/Stormwind.
Besides I have never seen anyone from a different realm in Stormwind (even as same faction) so I am going to assume not but I could be wrong.

You can't. As soon as you enter a city anyone with you in CRZ should phase out.

Actually, the only cities that seem to be permanently CRZ-free are SW and Org. IF I know has been a CRZ area.

Yes, I do believe that only Stormwind and Orgrimmar are CRZ-free cities.

I've been in Pandaria for the last couple of days but I do know that as late as Monday, Mal'Ganis SW still seem to be subject to CRZ. At the very least, I've seen folks from other realms in trade chat (yes, Mal'Ganis Alliance still has trade chat).
