For people that already know how to create addons...
What would you consider the most basic requirements for creating a the simplest addon.
To be more exact what would i need to know to start building my own addons.I don't want to create anything complex, i just thing it would good to have some basic knowledge.
Even some raw links on such info would be appreciated.

Edit:while digging up in wowwiki.com i found that there has to be a .toc file. With further search i found that it is created through microsoft word or any other text processing software.Haven't had any luck in saving the actual file as a .toc format.Although i'm not sure that whole last part might be completely wrong .

you didn't search very good if all you found out about is that you have to have a .toc

I war referring to my search in the forum for a simular topic not my search for the addons.
Wowwiki was the first place i searched and that's what gave me the idea.I just wanted to hear some stuff in a nutshell.
