Yeah, like stated earlier; go for either 35 Agility, or Savagery. The enchantments you inquired about are purely "on melee strike chance", then you don't need them. Executioner, Mongoose, and any of the Striking enchantments do not proc/affect on ranged attacks. So, passive stat-boosters are your only way to go.
I killed a Hunter on my Druid that had Mongoose on her swords. That was amusing... So, at least you asked about them before you enchanted your weapons with them. That doesn't make you a Huntard, it just makes you a learning Hunter, hehe.
