you know, those speccs are not for level 70. . .you should check compendium for speccs.
And yeah dont go Assa while leveling. . .you waste alot of time. . .trust me. . .ive been one (on my ally rogue from 10-60)

Sub is the best PVP build till 70.
It's still the best PvP build
at
70.
Combat for leveling, with 20/0/41 or 0/20/41, or whatever combo of 1x/1x/4x you want at 70 for PvP.
Puncturing Wounds only made Mutilate a viable raiding spec, moreso than it was previously. It hasn't changed much in PvP.
