Combat Potency: Insight Requested

Here is my current spec:
HARP
It's pretty standard, however, I NEVER use S&D especially in PvP. I still have a few things in the sub tree that I can't justify getting rid of like Dirty Deeds, Prep, and Initiative. But I am wondering from people who currently have Combat Potency if something like this would be worth making the change:
Combat Potency
Would the switch from Hemo to SS (to get the required points to reach CP without putting them where I won't use them) mixed with the extra 20% to generate 9 energy, be worth it?
Also, any suggested changes to the build if you are in favor of the change would be much appreciated.

Not using SnD when you have combat potency is the height of stupidity.
Wow... thank you for that constuctive, well thought articulation. So then, your answer I would assume is, "No, its not worth changing". Unless of course you would like to present something that I can actually work with other than "Geez, sorry I asked."

Not using SnD as any spec is stupid in PvE.
I have no interest in PvE, sorry I should have mentioned that more specifically in my original post. I don't log enough consecutive hours to justify raiding. 20-30 minute battlegrounds and the occasional arena are the extent of it.

Sorry, I guess I just assumed, since my current spec is definitely a PvP build. So to clarify, can anyone provide some assistance in relation to PvP?

The second build is pretty poor for anything, PVP included. Stick to ARPrep (although you might want to consider changing your exact build a little) or go HShS.

Using the statement you quoted in reference to your post is asinine, it was in reference to:
Not using SnD when you have combat potency is the height of stupidity.
Since I currently don't have Combat Potency, it was ridiculous to tell me that I should be using S&D with it.
Also, this was not a "Hey pick apart my playstyle thread" that so frequently pops up and is easily identified by the feebleminded "rouge needz hlp plz" subject line. All I wanted to know what if a 20% chance to generate 9 energy was a sufficient trade by implementing SS in lieu Hemo as my main attack. That was answered plainly and clearly here:
The second build is pretty poor for anything, PVP included. Stick to ARPrep (although you might want to consider changing your exact build a little) or go HShS.
I cannot justify increasing the duration of S&D by 45% when fights hardly last that long in group PvP to begin with, mixed with the fact I prefer not to use it, AND having Blade Flurry on hand just in case. Thank you for the link to another forum where I can ask the same question and get the same responses from "Elitest Jerks" ironically enough. Lighten up a bit, the "Geez, sorry I asked" quote was meant to be tongue in cheek.

He was trying to say, that if you have CP, it is best if you take improved SnD. If you put the points in improved SnD, it only takes 2 combo points to get you through 15 seconds or so of SnD. Thus more offhand swings, more energy and more points for KS, Rupture and DT.
