well i have researched and over all i dont find swords to be that much more dps, but why is there so many dagger drops and very little sword?

Iam a pve kind of guy, so i want best dps possible.
Just saying that there are 2xdagger drops or more compared to swords and new patch has uber badge daggers and not 1 sword... gg

I love it when Sword rogues laugh at my daggers but I get the last laugh while they are corpes running back from the GY. Your Swords do more damage over time but you are dead from daggers before that happoens. If not, you weren't facing a good dagger rogue.

I'd like to say it depends on your scenario, but daggers get boned with both resilience and positional requirements. Pray you have low latency, I suppose.

I agree that resilience can really gimp daggers end game, but what fun would it be if it was easy? With Imp Ambush and Imp BS, you will still do some nice crits often enough to get by.
There's nothing fun about being stuck in the 1500s.

', and you got some answers. That has nothing to do with DPS for raids.
Combat swords does offer higher DPS than combat daggers, if that's what you're still wondering.
