1. Shamans require the least skill to play efficiently
2. Warriors
3. Warlocks
4. Priests
5. Paladin
6. Hunter
7. Rogue
8. Mage
9. Druid's require the most skill to play well.
Now this is entirely my opinion and is open to debate, of course, but seeing as how many options a Shaman has (especially Ench) the amount of skill and knowledge required to play one is minimal.
Go up to your oponent... Stormstrike... (name) shock... Grounding Totem... Earth Bind...
I'm not saying a kid with Down Syndrome can play a Shaman, but its pretty simple.
For a Druid (I wanted to say mage, but I don' have a mage so I can say for sure) a fast paced, on your toes, playstyle is needed to play it well.
