First thought - why would you have suppression when you have 202 spell hit? Complete waste of points. You're already capped.

Without knowing what you're planning on doing here, it's hard to offer concrete suggestions as to what you should do. It looks like ou're trying to cover all the bases, and as a result you're kind of bleah all around. You've boosted your drains, yet you don't have the ability to stack on the three affliction effects later in the tree which will weaken you while grinding. You've picked up Ruin, but you haven't gone for any of the deeper talents that will boost your shadow bolt damage (Shadow and Flame, Shadow Mastery, several of the late demo talents) and really make it shine.

Are you planning on sacrificing a succubus/felhunter? These options make the build interesting if nothing else. The felhunter sac will help to make up for the lack of dark pact while drain tanking. The succubus sac will help your damage in groups. But neither of these will work as well as a more focused build.

I think he tried to make a 21/40 build and then halfway thru filling out the destro tree something shiny distracted him and he went for the afflic tree instead ;D
