Elemental Shamans are getting nerfed in 2.4 (Check the patch notes fatties). Most are respecing.
Anyway, after you hit level 40 Elemental shamans are great. I solo'd from level 1-70. Check the PVE forum up top form enhacement specs. I advise going into enhancement and restro.

no, no they are not. the only changes to elemental is 1% less crit and elimination of EM/NS. hardly a "nerf"
