I know it's not a haiku but wth XD i thought many would like it.

A lot of people seem to be a fan of Striker's haiku... However, the phrase Arthas' isn't technically two syllables, is it? Wouldn't it be pronounced "Arthas's" (a 3-syllable word)? The only reason you drop the last "s" in writing is because it looks silly visually.
If that's true, it makes his 2nd line 8 syllables, rather than the required 7..
I'm not sure it's 3 syllables, but even so, it's the kind of little transgression that is commonly accepted in "poetry".
We're not dealing with poetry here, but this contest is loosely based on it so I don't see why we wouldn't accept the same transgressions. =)

I mean, f.ex. Xicon's number? Oh the poetry.
And isn't Strikers' more than 7 syllables?
Arthas' is 9. Arth-as-es? (Might be wrong, correct me if I am!) :)

Yes because those are the ones picked on the first day. Their releasing more ones over the following weekdays, so yeah thats kinda meant to happen.

@ vikii. Their choosing there....best from that day, i'm abit sad someone that wrote what is essentially binary code, got in whilst my Haiku's didn't....

this is really sad, people copying cheese it commercials or 2/3 of their haikus are made of numbers and THEY were the ones chosen to get a chance at a beta key? so many people made more creative, 100% original ones and get no appreciation. some of these make no sence, this isnt me being jealous, im just trying to figure out what went wrong here!

yes it is only in the first day, but im sure there were others that should have been picked
