i can't get online right now to experiment... but here's some advice

first, try getting the castsequence to work without the target-of-target business.something like this:

/castsequence reset=target/18 Shadow Word: Pain, Shoot

then tinker with the target-of-target parameters

I use http://www.wowwiki.com/Macros as my resource for macros. They have a page for "helpful priest macros"

On aside,
Start your pulls with MB not sw:pain
Rank 1 fear takes less mana than pw:shield
Don't use pw:shield on the tank: no dmg=no rage=no threat=u pull aggro
