Glaring omissions from the assassination tree are Puncturing wounds 3/3 (it is absolutely amazing, and from a couple of days of play has made mutilate very dangerous) and Quick recovery.
Both are outstanding talents that you should have.
You should drop Imp Eviscerate, it is not a great talent in any way for any rogue considering how badly it scales against armor mitigation.
Honestly though for PvP I would recommend a 49/0/12 build since heavy poisons synergizes well with mutilate and with the inclusion of Puncturing Wounds allows you to retain burst talents like Find Weakness and Imp KS maxed at 5/5 and 3/3.
