Can resilence reduce crushing damage?

i was wondering if the crit damage reduction part of resilance can reduce the damage from crushing blows. since it kinda works like crits or is it something totaly different

I always thought that the mob had to be alot higher than just 3 levels to get you with a crushing blow...
It only has to be two levels higher to get a chance for crushing blows. (5% for +2 levels, 15% for +3 levels)

No, it's 3 levels above. There are a few mobs that can crush at 2 levels above, though (Magtheridon's Channelers), but that's something that was specifically changed by Blizzard.
