Guys can you share the equations of mana regen, healing spells?
for example 1int = x mp5, 1 spirit = xmp5 aslo how much int etc effects +healings etc. Would be nice to calculate items before buying them with Badges etc.

I'll start with this, because that's the easy part of the question. Priests do not get any +healing from intellect.
As for the rest, it's unfortunately not so straightforward. This is the formula for calculating mana regen:
MP5 = 5 * (0.001 + sqrt(Int) * Spirit * Base_Regen) rounded up
Base regen for level 70 is 0.009327
