descripe a hunter
talent specs for each type of scenario
pvp/pve/bg/raids/arenas from most popular to decent to worse (melee spec lol)
someone mentioned earlier "kiting guide"
maybe tell the world why we get called huntards
put down each race and explain the benefits and not so benefits of them
leveling specs (where to put the points)
what too aim or at certain levels
twink guide if you want to ... best gear to get 19,29 ,39 don't think it goes any further..
how about some quests to do to acquire the best item
what gems to put on sockets / enchants ... things like that ...
wen i think of more ill post up but for now that would be good

Sain, this guide needs specs, all specs for everything. Heroics, Reg. 5-mans, Raiding, and PvP. If you need help leveling as a hunter then just stop now. Tips, tricks, and hints to help a hunter survive the cruel, harsh world. What they need to get by with gear-wise. throw in some PvP tips for the hell of it. Good luck with making your guide. =D
EDIT: Also, explain to Hunters why a certain spec is best for X area. Why they would need A item over B item.

go to the wowhead hunter forum.
Close your eyes and click somewhere.
Make a guide on w/e the topic is.
Rinse and repeat if needed.
I surprise myself sometimes.
This is the best way. Make a guide that'll essentially answer 99% of the re-posts aka silly questions. And remember to link your homework. And reserve a post or two for yourself if you plan to update / add more in the future.

This is a hunter forum. While I understand that mostly level 70 players frequent this forum, I see absolutely NO reason not to offer a spec or two for ever 10 level tier.
If anything, it might cut down on the amount of explaining that has to repeatedly happen on the same subject over... and over... and over.. and over...
EDIT: It's not like it's going to be incredibly hard. I see EVERY spec starting out the same, and I'll go into 2 at most. A MM spec and a BM spec. SV (In my opinion) is not a viable leveling spec.

It may extend beyond the realm of your guide, but I've always debated what classes best complement a hunter to level/instance with. E.g., feral druid for LotP, shaman for GoA/manaspring etc.
I'm 64 and usually solo quests and grinding, but it would be interesting to see an uber-group for 5- and 10-man dungeon/raids based on what complements the hunter and can still pwn the instance.

I'd like to see a very helpful Surv. part.
but showing a very known/used PVE leveling builds
PVP builds and how to use them as well would be helpful, not just BM or MM builds which are more widely accepted.
How to play with a certain tank is also a big thing. I've noticed alot of hunters do not know the differences in what they should do with different tanks. (WAR,PAL,DRU).

Word. I forgot about that, that's been huge in my experience. Not that one type of tank is better/worse than the other, just that they require different styles of play. Most huntards have a style similar to this:
dont wait for tank to get aggro, PEW PEW PEW--->pull aggro--->dies--->healer then pulls aggro--->healer dies--->wipe
"Well, it's not my fault the tank couldn't hold aggro!!!"
