You've got most of the important talents for affliction pvp and pve, so no major gaffes.

There's four points that I'd question:

Improved CoA: I've mentioned in several threads that I'm no fan. On bosses, you'll prefer Doom if you're running a damage curse. On trash mobs, they'll die before it runs its course. In PvP... meh. You can find better places to spend.

Fel Intellect: This is pretty much a filler talent for deep demo builds. 2% of you mana pool is maybe one more shadow bolt - not important for someone with dark pact and life tap. 10% for you pet is even less.

Instead you could get:

2/2 Improved life tap - 20% extra mana each time you tap? Less time tapping, less self damage, happier healers, and more time spent dpsing.

1/5 Shadow Embrace - an extra affliction affect to boost Soul Siphon, another thing to get in the way of those annoying people who try to dispel your dots in PvP.

3/3 Improved Imp - nothing wrong with extra stamina for your group.

Points in Devastaion or Suppression wouldn't be bad alternatives.
