no. you'll be fine. AoE mobs and 0 down time. get to 90.

I went 55-90 as Blood, never had a problem with it. Only time I ever switch to Frost is for some old content where the extra DPS is necessary - while you might kill individual mobs faster, the lower survivability means you can't gather as many mobs at once which means less AoE damage.

People often misuse Frost while grinding. They try to use Raid Aoe rotation to kill, instead of focusing on single enemies and taking advantage of fenomenal Glyph of Dark Succor and insane Soul Reaper buff uptime.
Basic equation for how many mobs you can pull as frost is as long as they dont kill you before you can drop at least one, you are fine.
Blood kills stuff 3-5 times slower. Sure you are immortal, but why waste time?
Yes it will sigificantly speed up your questing/dailies.
For frost grinding basically Outbreak or Unholy Blight or simply Howling blast as opener.
Than use Obliterates to dump runes, Frost strikes to dump runic power and Howling blasts on Rime procs (if you are 2h try to prioritise Killing Machine procs for Obliterates). If next enemy is nearby (or you already pulled it) make sure you get Soul reaper buff after a killing blow (it will speed up the rune regen greatly), just apply SR when enemy is about to die, open on next enemy with Death strike (glyph of dark succor is mandatory) and than repeat from top. If its an aoe you can put death and decay as well. I skip Plague strike completely, while grinding.
