Has anyone on Wowhead had their WoW account banned before?
I have a friend, and his account was banned. The people working for WoW asked him to send them some fax asking for some 'identification.'
If any of you have seen that account retrieval form it's a full "a4" paper.
They asked us to fax them that form attached with some identification card or something...
They have reverted back to us saying that they need it all in 1 piece of paper which is totally impossible...
Does anyone here know another way to get back your banned account?
I think it is unfair since we just started and already did something bad to get banned.

What that means, however, I have no clue on.

If they are asking for
identification
then the account isn't blocked because you did something bad, but because they suspect you are not the legitimate owner.
