"That didn't work." The Death Knight said, and Mathius pointed at him, silencing him. "No, it didn't... however." He said with a smile, his body turning black as he transformed into his shadowed form. "This might." He said, sinking into the ground, and moving under the wards.
Tsk, Tsk, so many mages forget this is a world with more then up and down, and they leave out the full sphere.
He chuckled in his mind, rising up towards the surface.

Sylos finished cutting up the wood and turned to see the undead from earlier and walked over to Cilane and his scythe started to glow white with holy light.

Mathius froze, sensing a build up of holy energy and smiled, his red fangs showing.
Well, if that's how she wants to play, we can.
He laughed to himself and held his hand upwards, a build up of pure shadow energy that he let loose, ripping upwards and shattering the Ward as it broke free and he flowed up into air, smiling at the grouped people. "

"You'd think so yes?" Mathius chuckled, creating two shadow clones that took the hits and exploded, blinding the others. As they tried to get their sight back, he struck with a sword of shadow, making a cut on both the priestess and the ex-warlock. "Well, thank you both, I guess I should take you back to the Scourgelord." He said, smiling down at the Priestess who just giggled at him.

"I don't think so." He said standing up and felt the gash on his arm from the sword. He summond the light and fire in his scythe then ran at the undead from under the shield while he was turned away and put a gash across his back.

Aruna shivered. But that wasn't right, she shouldn't be shivering. She got used to the climate of Northrend a long time ago, not to mention she was wrapped up tight in a blanket the trolls had given her. But she still felt the prick of goosebumps rising on her skin. She had the strange presence she wasn't safe inside the little troll town anymore, but then she thought that idea was absurd. Her sister wouldn't find her... not yet.
Aruna was still injured, her side felt like it had been cut open then poured on with salt water and lemon juice. She prayed once more she was safe.

"I'm not an undead... at least not yet Elf." Mathius said, blasting the creature away from him with shadowbolt then turned to look at the priestess. "Come with me little girl, and I'll leave the others alive." He told her, his body creating a shield to protect himself from any other attacks.

"I have no choice," Tyralon said, his attack recoiling off the shield before he began to desecrate the ground.
"I gave you a chance to flee and you throw it away!" he shouted, a swarm of locusts forming.

Anura scowled, pressing through the blighted land. The Nerubians she passed payed her no mind at all as she slipped near the grand stairs leading to the next tier. She didn't know much about what was up there, except that it held most of the troll altars for their Frost Loas except for their snake god. Thinking about how the trolls devoured the mojo of their loas, hoping it would save them from the Scourge, made her laugh.
She pressed her deathcharger forward. She would search this tier upside down if she had to.

"What are you? Five?" Mathius asked her, looking at the priestess as if she was insane. "And you think this can hold me?" He chuckled, bands erupting off his body and slamming into the orb, turning it dark and cracks beginning to appear in it.
