You could exchange Imp. Hamstring for Blood Craze (if you go for that sort of thing).
43/5/3 - Endless Rage w/ Tactical Mastery

Leaves out Piercing Howl, but gains Imp. MS & Endless Rage (always take these two talents together, or not at all).
I think either are viable level 60 builds & would love to hear what you decide, and how it works out!
