This has been asked and answered again and again. It's preference. Each race has its own benefits and downfalls. Orcs have a small stun resistance and blood fury, Tauren have a war stomp, Trolls have health regeneration and other stuff that I forgot.
Pick a race that YOU want to play.

It depends on Spec, IMO.
Enhancement = Orcs *AP trinket racial and racial + to axes*, resist to stun is a good bonus if you ever want to do PvP.
Caster= Troll *racial haste trinket* De be da bomb mon! Plus they sound cooler when they " Im outta mana"
Tauren fit the bill in either role, a + to health *even if it is smaller than it used to be* and a AoE stun racial trinket.
But even with all of that said, pick whichever you don't mind seeing the hind-end of for 79 levels. In the end the racials are trivial at best.

I play my shaman as a healer, and imo tauren are the best race because they have their stomp, which is a stun (shaman have no other stuns) that helps me get out in pvp when im under attack, and the bonus health is good for any class.
While the community appreciates and respects feedback, this post necros a 3.5 year old thread thought long dead. If you want to start a discussion on it, the best route is starting a new thread.
