Save me trial by error. I'm thinking Alchemy/Herbalism for heals.

This is an F2P alt and cannot interact with other alts. Also, without Herbalism, Alchemy is a no-go.

Your option is good but...I would go Herbalism + Skinning
You get a free haste (with a minor healing) that can be used while stealthed and some crit.
Rogues should be killing, and someone should pop a heal on you every now and then...

You could stack herbs and drop herbalism.
Like you dropped enchanting and leatherworking before that, right?
P.S/Edit :And jc is something you should have dropped ages ago, after making the jewelry and healstatues that you can use.

Alchemy / Herbalism for the small heal + haste and extra stats from potions, plus the ability to make healing pots. Not to mention if you're lucky you'll get the Swiftness Potion recipe, which will help a lot when getting kited as a rogue.

Skinning & Herbalism
or
Mining & Herbalism
Both can be farmed on a F2P account, both give good benefits and require no purchasing or trading, herbalism is a must because it is basicly a free health potion that also increase your damage output, skinning is good for the extra crit chance & mining for the extra hp.

when making a f2p, the proffessions you choose are null and void until you have circled through them(if you want BiS), the fastest way to do this is to grab skinning and enchanting off the bat, powerlevel enchanting with deadmines runs, and do skinning on the side, put full enchants on your gear example--(warr gets 15 HP chest, 1 str(wailing caverns to farm this), 10 armor cape, and +2 wep damage or +1 wep damage depending on spec) make lots of vellums, around ten of each enchant and put in bank in case you change your mind. drop enchanting move on to leatherworking, you should have some leather from skinning, you will need to farm a LOT for this. once you have belt boots and gloves with +16 armor you can then drop both of those and move to the next proffession set (if you are an agil user disregard JC and go straight to herb/alch) farm up to 100 mining and 85 JC and make the 2 necks you can 3 stam for stam set and 1 stam 2 all stats for damage. drop both of those and go to herbalism and alchemy the cause for going herb/alch is that you can make potions for very little cost in farming that give 16 str(giant growth) 14 agil(minor agil) or 14 int( i forget what it's called but you learn from a trainer) as well as +56 health or 46armor as a guardian elixir, on top of this you can get swim speed pots, swiftness pots(drop from ragefire chasms and deadmines) and water breathing pots ( water breathing is especially useful if you plan to farm burgy blackheart's handsome hat)
IF you are a gnome 20 twink then there are some benefits and downsides to engineering as a final proffession. downside is no potions for you. good side is that you can get some useful items--target dummy for druid can be used to trick people(set on ledge of FR jump down, they follow, wild charge to it) target dummy also tanks hunter pets(great vs BM although surv is the hot spec right now) and tanks shaman totems. next you get the bomb only craftable at 115 which is obtainable being a gnome these have a chance to stun and deal AOE damage, great for keeping rogues from restelaths or just plain catching them. these are good for players who want utility over high damage EG FCs, avoiding ambushes and deriving hunters of kill commands is great.
in the case of not wanting to unlearn proffessions, make as many things from it and leave them in bank at the end of cycling that proffession, but there is no one and done for this bracket. there are so many things to farm it will take almost a year to 100% a f2p twink, i only have one that i newly made and work on often. there are many game mechanics that work differently for ally--horde as well, the horde druids can get
Poison Extraction Totem
and place it for the same wild charge effect, as well as battle standards.
