Thats a great change for prot wars. I also had to enchant my bracers with def instead of stamina, put def rating gems in some sockets, and even use the 42def rating trinket off hydross to make up for the loss in def rating from this helm and the shield in ZA.
This change will allow prot wars to stack up a lot more stamina while still maintaining crit immunity.
If you used +8def rating gems instead of +12sta gems, and the +12def rating enchant over the +12sta enchant. This change will allow a prot war to gain 60 stamina! 63stam for full prot spec'd wars, 66stam for tauren prot wars, and 69/72 stam with Bok (non tauren/tauren).
That up to a 720 health buff!!!.
