Nightmare
She was alone in the darkness. She could feel it trapped here for eternity, but then a voice. It was ragehowls. She could see a light it glowed brighter.
She opened her eyes and saw ragehowl. She sat up quickly and hugged him almost crying while doing so. "Thank goodness it was only a dream." she said through her tears.

Jack released his grip, standing up and getting his clothes on quickly.
"Charming girl, I'll miss her a bit," Jack said, flicking his wrist. Instantly he was consumed by the shadows, disappearing.

It was awhile before she stopped crying. When she did she stayed in ragehowls comforting embrace. She looked up at him and gave him a kiss.

Jack appeared in a large room, though now in purple dark robes, his face etched with tattoos and dark magic pulsing from him. He held up a soul shard, smiling wickedly.
"Yes, scream my so called 'better side,'" Jack laughed, hearing the roars of agony from within the crystal.
"I am glad I was set free from those bounds of morals and the part of me that held me back, for those cultist at Stonetalon released me when that dagger pierced my skin... the shadow magic..," Jack said.
"I shall break you soon enough," Jack said to the soul shard, pocketing it and walking into a hallway.

She slowly began to feel better, though she was still afraid. "thank you for being here for me Ragehowl." she said to him snuggling even closer.

"What should we do?" Firecracker asked seeing the scythe laying in the middle of the city.
"I'm going to find Ragehowl. Make sure no one touches it." Sparkhowl said. "Why not bring it with us?" The imp asked. "Because...I don't trust things that come out of nowhere with a crack of thunder." He said and ran off.

Sparkhowl ran into the inn and up the stairs stopping at Ragehowl and Zara's door. He knocked on it a few times. "Hey wake up, mom sent you a present Ragehowl and it's sitting in the middle of the city." He said

She quickly got dressed and put some make up on to cover where she had been crying. She ran out after Ragehowl wanting to see what he had gotten and not wanting to be left alone.
