Base and his sons had now arrived in Ashenvale, and were particularly careful to be silent and unseen, as they had to go by ground this time, rather than through the trees. They'd be easy prey for the Sentinels.

Areon thought, knowing that despite what had happened, he still didn't trust the magic the night elf used since it wasn't natural, turning to Valamra.
"Sorry if I sounded sort of mean there, just... I know it's wrong, but I just don't trust many people anymore," Areon said.

Base and the others continued on, keeping out of sight of the night elves. A few times the worgen pup woke up and had to be put back to sleep, but for the most part they were able to keep silent.
